Craft Mastermind for Business Growth

Craft Alliance Atlantic in cooperation with Craft Nova Scotia and the Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design present a business development focused program for Craft producers in Nova Scotia. This is a peer-to-peer group, collaborative process, lead by a business mentor.

This program will be of interest to craft producers whose focus is selling to the tourism market in Nova Scotia and as a result have been affected by COVID-19 and the decreases in tourism revenues. Pivoting your business and creating an effective strategic marketing plan will highlight the program, along with other topics of interest. Facilitator provides some thought leadership and practice materials for the mastermind each session (emails to participants in advance of each session). Participants bring their experience and questions to the table as peer advisors. Maximum of 10 Participants to be Selected (Nova Scotia only). Sessions will be presented on Zoom. A reliable internet connection is required. Participants are required to participate in all sessions, as scheduled (see below). Businesses must be 51% women owned.

– Increase Business Connections

– Learn from and with other “growth-minded” businesses.

– Mastermind with business owners from different industries offer diverse perspectives with key commonality of meeting with others who value investing in their own business.

– Take material explored and make it immediately applicable to your business.

– Increase business productivity for 2021 and start the new year, on a new path.
