For Retailers

Retailers interested in attending Craft East Buyers’ Expo should register in advance. Craft East pre-registration takes place between late October thru the end of January. A pre-registration mailing goes out to all buyers on our pre-registration mailing list. Check out our registration page and create a profile to register for the trade show online. To ensure your name is on our buyers database please register your buyer profile online or contact the Craft East/Craft Alliance office for more information.

Please Note: TRADE ONLY – General Public Not Admitted

As Craft East is a wholesale trade show and only open to the retail trade, Craft East strongly discourages the admittance of infants and children under the age of 16 years, and recommends alternate childcare options in this regard for the benefit of other buyers in the building.

Incoming Buyers Program

Craft East Buyers’ Expo offers a unique program for first-time* buyers from outside the Atlantic Canada region. As a first-time buyer to Craft East you could qualify for our Incoming Buyers Program.

We invite your business to apply to the Incoming Buyers Program for funding to attend our trade show. Should your company be accepted into the program, Craft East will provide you or your company representative, free of charge, one free airline economy ticket from your location to Halifax, Nova Scotia return.

Retailers wishing to apply for this program are asked to complete a business profile and submit it along with your completed profile account.  This information will assist the Craft East committee with the selection process. We have arranged for special accommodation rates at some of the finest local hotels in Halifax, all located on-site at our Craft East venue, for your convenience. Craft East will cover a portion of travel expenses to attend the trade show. Travel expenses may include, but not limited to; round-trip economy airline ticket for one person, and other expenses, as funding permits.
