CRAFT LAB SHOWCASE

To further develop wholesale opportunities for Atlantic Canadian craft producers, Craft Alliance will once again present our CRAFT: Lab Showcase at the new VANCOUVER Gift Expo, Sept 2026 at PNE Forum Building – 2901 East Hastings St., Vancouver, BC

This project has been pre-sold, based on expressions of interest by producers.  We are taking a wait list, so please reach out if you are interested, in case we have cancellations.

Craft Alliance has negotiated a block of booth spaces at the Vancouver Gift Expo, in Vancouver for Sept 2026.  All booth spaces are a standard dimension, to be determined, by  number of participants and will include: Pipe & Drape, skirted table, carpet, sign and electrical if needed.  Craft Alliance will create a dedicated web page to promote the Atlantic presence at the Vancouver trade show as well as a handout for retailers at the event, promoting the Atlantic presence.

All other requirements of the show are the responsibility of the producer.  Display,  Lighting, Shipping of Product Samples or other display requirements are available at an additional cost and must be booked with Craft Alliance directly (not VGE) and paid for in advance.  Booths will be allocated after payment is received.

The participant fee includes:
– Participation in booth space as outlined
– Pipe & Drape included, standard show colors – TBD, other options at your own cost.
– All other display requirements are your responsibility, this includes extra tables, chairs, lighting or other display materials.

Pricing for the Vancouver Gift Expo is noted below.  Booth spaces cannot be shared and all participants must be current  or former Craft East Expo or our Toronto Showcase participants.

PAYMENT IN FUILL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING

$835. + HST  – Standard Booth Space,  vary according to number of participants –  Payable at time of registration and is non-refundable

NOTE:  ALL costs related to Travel and Shipping of Product Samples and booth display materials are the responsibility of the participant.  All participants must follow all Vancouver Gift Expo show rules & regulations as outlined by Craft Alliance Atlantic.
