Craft East Buyers’ Expo is a vehicle for the purpose of promoting crafts and giftware manufactured exclusively in the Atlantic Provinces. For two days in February the finest in candles, clothing, food, glass, home decor, jewellery, leather, metal, Indigenous art & craft, paintings, paper, pottery, stone, wood and much more will be gathered at the Homewood Suites/Conference Centre in beautiful downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

PLEASE NOTE: All final booth payments were due on December 12, 2023. New registrations, as of the deadline date, require payment in full at time of registration. Interested craft producers must inquire with the Craft East office about space availability after the deadline has passed. Refunds due to cancellation will not be provided after the December 12, 2023 deadline. Cancellations prior to December 1, 2023 are subject to the $250. deposit, which is non-refundable.

ALL Craft East Buyers’ Expo participants receive one (1) full year placement in the Craft East Virtual Marketplace with registration.
Suite Exhibiting – includes hotel suite (3 nights): 1 Business Exhibiting
$500.00 (Exhibit Fee) + $479.00 (3 nights hotel stay) + HST
TOTAL: $979.00 + HST
Extra Hotel Nights (early arrival on February 8th or late departure on February 13th, can be booked online, select Extra Hotel Nights). Extra Rooms nights are billed at $160. per room/per night + HST). Please book online and confirm at time of registration.
Note: Shared Suites – Additional charge applies for more than one business per Suite. Suites are limited to a maximum of two companies sharing. You must have your shared Suite partner identified, prior to registration. The MAIN Suite Exhibitor should register first, following by the producer who is sharing the Suite. Craft Alliance does not arrange or coordinate shared suites. Shared Suites Fees must be PAID in Full at time of Registration.
Shared Suites: $395. + HST Charge – includes separate show guide listing, signage and inclusion on virtual marketplace.

Conference Centre Showcases:
Photo Insert in Show Guide: $60.00 + HST
Please note the Conference Centre booth spaces are very limited and alternate sizes are only available by request; we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the space we have available, though it is not guaranteed. Inquire early for alternate space requests.
Emerging Artists – Micro Booth in Conference Centre: These spaces are limited and priority will be given to emerging makers
5′ x 5′: $375.00 (Exhibit Fee) + HST (table top display only)
Craft East Virtual Marketplace: Your deposit payment for Craft East Buyers’ Expo additionally includes exhibitor presence on the Craft East Virtual Marketplace for the duration of 2024. Learn more about the Virtual Marketplace.
Suite Exhibits: Use of suite for exhibit, display tables available upon advance request for a fee. Room includes kitchenette and living room, size depends on room configuration. Complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast; Complimentary Wi-fi; Housekeeping Available Upon Request only, due to COVID regulations, Use of hotel facilities (pool, fitness centre – hotel guidelines must be followed). Overnight Parking is available for a Fee – $20/day; Parking is subject to availability. Due to timing and schedule for the buyers expo, a 3 night hotel minimum is required, paid in advance to Craft Alliance. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures from the hotel. Conference Room Exhibits: Exhibit space in the Conference Centre, white pipe & drape, one draped table & chair, wi-fi, electrical service is included, show guide listing. Details on table sizes will be sent at a later date (standard table size is 6’x2′ but subject to change).
All exhibitors are additionally granted access to the Craft East Exhibitors’ Lounge on Level 2 of Homewood Suites #207, where we will offer a space to take a breath and enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the weekend.
