All available registration options are currently sold out! Please contact the Craft East Buyers’ Expo office (greg@craftalliance.ca or 902-473-2773) to be placed on a wait list. Once enough prospective suite exhibitors are wait-listed to fill a hotel floor, they will be contacted for show registration. Additional conference center exhibit spaces will only be allocated in the case of withdrawals. 

Craft East Buyers’ Expo is a vehicle for the purpose of promoting crafts and giftware manufactured exclusively in the Atlantic Provinces. For two days in February the finest in candles, clothing, food, glass, home decor, jewellery, leather, metal, native, paintings, paper, pottery, stone, wood and much more will be gathered at the Homewood Suites/Conference Centre in beautiful downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

PLEASE NOTE: An initial deposit of $200. + HST/GST (15%) is required at the time of application. Registration deadline is October 18. Interested parties must inquire with the Craft East office about space availability after the deadline has passed. The balance of participation fees are due in full on December 2.

CRAFT EAST EXPO – CHECKLIST:

• Contact Craft East Office to Ensure Eligibility (new exhibitors only) – jurying is required for new applicants
• Create a Producer Account or login to your online profile
• Complete online Business Profile, Upload Images, Price List & Catalogue
• Select “Projects” from the menu bar, click on Craft East Expo and complete the additional information required for the Expo
• You can pay the initial deposit of $200, or the amount in full.
• If you choose to pay the initial deposit of $200, the balance will be due by December 2. An invoice will be sent to you prior to December 2 as a reminder

ALL Atlantic Canadian Craft East Buyers’ Expo participants receive one (1) full year subscription to the web portal as part of your Expo registration.

Hotel Suite Sharing * – $350 + HST

Emerging Artists – Microbooth in Conference Centre:
5’x5′ (table only, no pipe & drape): $285 (Exhibit Fee) + HST – sold out!

*You may choose to share a suite exhibit with another producer. In this case, one of the producers must be responsible for booking the entire suite. Please contact the Craft East Office to confirm eligibility before booking the Hotel Suite Sharing option. Please note also that sharing a suite does not guarantee a room with two beds – Craft East show management will do their best to help find a room that is suitable to your needs.

Participation cost includes: 

Suite Exhibits: Use of suite for exhibit, display tables available upon request. Room includes kitchenette and living room, size depends on room configuration. Complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast; Complimentary Wi-fi; Housekeeping each morning before expo opens; Use of hotel facilities (pool, fitness centre); and parking at an additional cost, if required. Due to timing and schedule for the expo, a 3 night hotel minimum is required, paid in advance to Craft Alliance. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures from the hotel. Conference Room Exhibits: exhibit space in the Conference Centre, white pipe & drape, one draped table & chair, wi-fi, electrical service is included. Details on table sizes will be sent at a later date (standard table size is 6’x2′ but subject to change).

All exhibitors are additionally granted access to the Craft East Exhibitors’ Lounge on Level 2 of Homewood Suites, where we will offer a space to take a breath and enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the weekend.
